Tasked with combining two units in Chicago’s South Loop area, our client’s dream of remodeling in entirety came true! Phasing construction timing properly was critical, and it allowed them to seamlessly live there during the entire process.

Shoji screens are a delightful way to control visual and physical access between spaces, so we were thrilled they wanted to incorporate them. Making these screens a focal point engenders not only conversation, but functionality and flow that is absolutely perfect for this client’s lifestyle.

Procuring beautiful granite countertops and porcelain tile, refinishing hardwood, installing new kitchen and office cabinets plus remodeling bathrooms, this project as a whole was well-rounded with beautiful results.
