Crisp Bathroom Renovation

A quaint space in Chicago’s Edgewater area was in need of a bathroom refresh.

This small and tired bathroom was desperate for renewal, and our client especially desired it to be more in keeping with the unique and charming 6-flat building where it resides. 

By using high contrast white subway tiles against a rich and luxurious, deep jewel-toned wall, a crispness was achieved that really made an impact and opened up the space like a breath of fresh air. New curvaceous light fixtures, a brand new vanity offering a solid farmhouse-inspired sink, marble trimmed tub and room footprint, gorgeous mosaic floor, sparkling new toilet, and simple modern accessories really completed the experience of both utility and sophistication.
