Modern Estate GEM

No more 80’s decor in this large suburban estate!

This was a very unique project: it was a flip / investment, so there was no client. Resting on the vision of creating a brand new gem in the suburbs, we got to work right away making plans for this large estate-style home. Our sight was consistently on making it a beautiful retreat for its future owner, knowing that conceptually it had to really shine. 

Quality materials of marble, granite and ceramic were used throughout the 6,000 sq. ft. home, completely wiping out the old 80’s furnishings and decor of sponge painting and other undesirables. Adding bathrooms and bedrooms, gutting all existing areas, and refurbishing the pool are just a few highlights. Gorgeous finishing touches included a Sub-Zero refrigerator, thermador cooking products, porcelain, and new polished nickel faucetry in the Master Bath. 

In the end, it was like walking into a paradise, ready for a brand new life with a family, a couple, a solo life traveler … whatever the future holds.
