When we began this exciting project, the goals for our client was to open up two individual penthouse units they own, as well as remodel the kitchen. Perhaps it is a testament of how we truly build relationships and maintain a high level of expertise (we’re so glad you trust us!) … this particular project flourished into an entire gut rehab for both units.

Transforming the two units into a single paradise, AFM Architect merged this stunner into a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. The views are breathtaking, so we worked with everything to maintain this natural artwork and light through the windows. The materials selected for all areas reflect our client with precision down to the last detail. It’s a match of beauty and brains wherever you turn.
